Pricing:
STANI CRYSTALS welcomes both retail and limited wholesale orders.
All quoted prices are retail. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment and Shipping:
We accept payment via Personal, Company or Cashier Checks plus Money Orders
for prepayment of your order. Please call/email before sending checks!
Payment by check requires 10 to 14 business days to clear before our shipping.
There is a $25 charge for checks returned by your bank for any reason.
No CODs.
Our standard method of shipping for Domestic USA is via
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping and Handling charges will be added to your orders total.
UPS is available at higher shipping costs. Contact us.
International Shipping (plus: Hawaii, Alaska & Canada) require different rates. Contact us.
All orders may be shipped "Insured" for an additional separate charge.
Higher priced items will only be shipped insured. Contact us.
Damaged or loss items in transit are NOT in any way our
responsibility should you opt to waive the insurance.
Returns and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
the items may be returned up to 5 days from our shipping date.
Items returned after 5 days may be subject to a 20% fee.
Items are not returnable after 14 days.
Return Merchandise Authorization required.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns are for exchange or credit only, minus any shipping or handing charges.
Items must be returned in their original perfect condition.
Packaging:
We ship our products in gift pouches protected by bubble-wrap
in either sturdy protected manila envelopes or cardboard boxes.
Gift Wrapping: We will be happy to Gift Wrap your purchase!

All STANI CRYSTALS creations are self-made and handcrafted by STANI.
Nothing is mass-produced or duplicated.
Any requests for special orders are subjected to Stani’s
final decision and based on design and availability of Crystals.
Variations are an asset and only add to the quality, value, charm and versatility of our designs.
